900K Sq. Ft. ground up Class 6 through 8 Electric & Fuel powered Truck Assembly Plant & Site Development. SITE work including 15KV OH and UG, MV Switch House, UG Communications/Special Systems manholes and duct banks, with 30’ and 80’ high mast lighting. GENERAL ASSEMBLY BLDG., PAINT BLDG., BODY SHOP BLDG., LOGISTICS BLDG., PUMP HOUSE and TANK FARM including the following: (11) 15KV MV to LV distribution substations, Numerous runs of 400A, 600A and 1,000A Busway, HVAC Power Circuiting Connections, Normal and Emergency Light Fixture and General Power Circuiting Connections, Process Equipment circuiting design and installation and Special Systems Conduit. Multiple Office Area finish-outs include Power / Lighting / Floor Boxes / Special Systems Conduit. All work was successfully completed within a 12-month period requiring extreme planning and coordination to accomplish meeting the schedule. BIM process utilized through-out to fit the building and process systems into all areas of the Facility. One common exterior Central Plant Yard containing Electrical and HVAC infrastructure equipment was utilized.
