In addition to the office building and workshop this facility consists of chemical and electronics laboratories, training, vehicle maintenance, spooling, truck fueling, truck washing, outdoor chemical storage, cement mixing and storage, radioactive source storage, pump testing, gel mixing, a truck scale and 24HR manned guard house.
