Step 1:

Email your contact name and number, and your entity name and address to:

A designated Big State Electric representative will contact you by email and or phone to discuss your exact needs and provide you with a quote.

Step 2:

Once you approve our quote then email a purchase order number, with all your contact information, payable to Big State Electric, Ltd. email to:
darin.pape@bigstateelectric.com and steven.trigo@bigstateelectric.com

Warranty

All our data cabling products carry at minimum a limited 1 year warranty. Many cable plant installations can qualify for a 25 year manufacture warranty.

Return Policy

Big State Electric reserves the right to refuse a product return due to damage by customer neglect or after 30 days of receipt. A return merchandise Authorization number (RMA) is required in advance of the return and is subject to the manufacture’s policies. A 15% restocking fee may be charged. COD shipments will be refused. All returned products must be in new condition with all parts, packing materials, seals, and documentation intact.
